I have recently become involved with inspiring and promoting entrepreneurship, specifically in Africa. There are numerous ways to inspire African entrepreneurship. By creating opportunities by helping build a small business community and encouraging micro investment, resources can be allocated to provide education and small services to businesses so they can succeed.
I think that understanding how to slowly build an economy with the right resources and keys from a variety of different sources can help. One place to help build these small "resource centers" would be via the AAE - Association of African Entrepreneurship -
