you can`t register a CC any more, since last year.
Just remember one thing with buying a shelf company, does they tell you that you need an accountant, ect and that you must appoint one within 40 days from the day your company is registered? That is the other big problem, everyone is trying to make a buck, but in the mean while they don`t consult with their clients and tell them everything.
When you register a company, you must have an accountant to sign off your books, and they don`t want you to give them a set of books at the end of the year, and they must just sign it off.
You as the bookkeeper/accountant when you do the books must be sure the books is done according to some basic principles and that you must make sure that the figures you put there is correct and no foul play is involved.
